Shipping Guarantee

Handbag Bliss guarantees that all completed* orders for in-stock merchandise once we receive and process your credit card will be shipped within 1 business day. Credit card orders for in-stock merchandise received before 11:00am EST will be processed the same day. Orders after 11:00am EST will be processed the next day. If an order is placed on Friday, on a weekend day or a holiday, processing will begin the next business day. If for any reason we do not ship your order within 1 business day, we will refund your shipping. Please note that overnight delivery on credit card orders for in-stock merchandise processed on Fridays will be shipped on Monday.
