Simply return your purchase within 7 days from the delivery day to receive a FULL REFUND to your account. If the return is received after the 7th day, a 10% restocking fee on the value of the item(s) will be applied on all returns (not exchanges). Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. All returned products must be in new unused condition with all original tags still attached.
Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. Returns received after 7 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. That means that you may keep your item for up to 1 week without having to pay the return fee.
Merchandise must be in "new and unused condition" with all tags an original packaging to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Refunds will be in the original form of payment. All items are inspected when they are received at our location. Exchanges/ Refunds are made within 7 business days of receipt via a reversal of your payment. A tracking number and insurance is not mandatory but highly encouraged as we will not be responsible for a lost package.
Return/ Exchange Conditions:
• Within 30 days of ship date of the product
• New unused condition with all tags and original packaging. No item will be accepted after it has been used.
• If your item is equipped with a "security tag", the item must be returned with the tag still attached
• All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt.
• We will charge you for the new merchandise ordered, your new outbound shipping fees and send it out via Standard Delivery.
Any item that is returned outside of these conditions may not be eligible for and exchange/ refund under our policy.
