Shipping Information

Usually, orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Our goal is to ensure the arrival of your order within about 2-3 business days at the lowest shipping cost available. We ship all domestic orders Monday through Friday with UPS in discreet sturdy packaging.

Packages are shipped by UPS Ground as a standard. Upgraded methods are available, to comply with customers’ expedited needs, provided by UPS’s air service. Please use our shopping cart for your shipping calculation. All services include insurance and a tracking number.

At check out simply select the service of preference for current rates and delivery time. Rates vary depending on the total weight of your item and shipping destination.

After your order has been shipped you may track your package online. You will be emailed a link to view the order's updated status. One to two business days should be allotted for tracking information to update. Tracking accessibility is just a click away with our new easy online link!

Returns

You may always easily return your order. We want every customer to be a happy customer with every purchase. We want you to be happy as our customer, so we will always ask you why you felt it necessary to return the merchandise, and make it a better customer experience for you next time around.

Handbag Bliss will accept the return of merchandise within 30 days of ship date. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Handbag Bliss will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging, and a 10% return fee.

Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. Returns received after 7 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. That means that you may keep your item for up to 1 week without having to pay the return fee.

Merchandise must be in "new and unused condition" with all tags an original packaging to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Refunds will be in the original form of payment. All items are inspected when they are received at our location. Exchanges/ Refunds are made within 3-5 business days of receipt via a reversal of your payment. A tracking number and insurance is not mandatory but highly encouraged as we will not be responsible for a lost package.

• new unused condition with all tags and original packaging. No item will be accepted after it has been used.

• If your item is equipped with a "security tag", the item must be returned with the tag still attached

• All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt.

Any item that is returned outside of these conditions may not be eligible for and exchange/ refund under our policy
