In order to protect consumers from identity theft and credit card fraud, we can only ship to your billing address or an alternate shipping address on file with your credit card company. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Handbag Bliss does everything in its power to protect consumers by avoiding the shipment of merchandise to a fraudulent address. We use two separate systems to ensure the safety of our customers. We use the CVV verification system at check out. This system obliges all customers to input the code on the back of their credit card. We also use the AVS verification system at check out. This system obliges all customers to input their billing address. Yahoo then verifies the personal information given at check with your credit card company.  Please note that all orders not meeting the CVV or AVS verifications will be delayed or cancelled.
